This is the most intense expression in the Triple Rush lineup—a blend designed for those who want maximum depth, maximum body, and a cup that pushes further than the rest. It’s bold without being harsh, powerful without sacrificing balance.
At the foundation of Overdrive is a carefully selected Brazilian natural-process coffee, grown on expansive high-elevation farms where generations of producers have perfected the craft of cultivating rich, full-bodied beans. Natural processing allows the coffee cherry to dry around the seed, concentrating its sugars and creating a dense profile of dark chocolate, roasted hazelnut, and heavy caramel sweetness.
To add dimension and structure, we layer in a Sumatran coffee from the Aceh region, grown in the lush volcanic soils of northern Indonesia. These beans are known for their unmistakable depth—earthy richness, syrupy body, and a bold presence that gives the blend its unmistakable weight.
The final component comes from a high-elevation Colombian Castillo/Bourbon selection, chosen for its clarity and sweetness. This origin lifts the blend just enough to keep the cup vibrant, adding subtle notes of brown sugar, dried fruit, and cocoa that round out the intensity.
Each component is roasted separately to its optimal development point before being combined, allowing every origin to contribute its strongest characteristics. The result is a coffee engineered for maximum extraction, maximum crema, and a deep, resonant flavor profile that shines in espresso while remaining smooth as a drip or French press.
In the cup, Overdrive opens with dark chocolate and toasted sugar, followed by layers of hazelnut, molasses, and cocoa, finishing bold, velvety, and deeply satisfying.
