The Signal Blend is where Triple Rush Coffee begins its transmission—a carefully tuned introduction to the philosophy behind every roast we produce. Before the first roast profile was written, we searched across origins known not just for yield, but for clarity, character, and lineage.
At the foundation of the Signal Blend is Pink Bourbon, a rare cultivar grown at high elevation in the mountains of Colombia. Revered among specialty coffee producers, Pink Bourbon is prized for its remarkable sweetness, delicate floral aromatics, and vibrant structure. These cherries are hand-picked at peak ripeness and processed with meticulous care, preserving their naturally expressive profile.
To anchor that elegance, we layer in heirloom Ethiopian coffees, grown in the misty highlands where coffee’s story first began. These beans contribute lifted aromatics—notes of citrus blossom, stone fruit, and wild honey—adding a brightness that gives the blend its unmistakable clarity.
Finally, we introduce a carefully selected Central American Bourbon, chosen for its deep caramel body and structured sweetness. This component brings balance and depth, creating the smooth foundation that allows the brighter origins to shine.
The result is a blend designed like a signal traveling across frequencies— sweetness, brightness, and body all tuned in perfect harmony.
Each origin is roasted individually on our precision roasting system, allowing us to develop the ideal profile for every component before the final blend is assembled. This process preserves the unique character of each bean while creating a cup that feels seamless and intentional.
In the cup, Signal opens with aromas of orange blossom and caramelized sugar, followed by layers of stone fruit, honey, and milk chocolate, finishing with a clean, lingering sweetness that invites the next sip.
